Refund and Cancellation Policy

At DevAssure, customer satisfaction is our priority. We encourage all customers to carefully read and understand our refund and cancellation policy before completing a purchase.

1. General Policy

  • All fees for subscriptions, software licenses, and services are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 14 days before the renewal date.
  • Customers are responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions via their account settings or by contacting support.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Subscription Purchases: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date. After this period, charges are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Annual Subscriptions: If cancelled partway through the term, a prorated refund for unused service may be provided only where mandated by law.
  • Payment Failures (Grace Period): If an auto-renewal fails due to payment issues, a 3-day grace period will be provided for monthly subscriptions and a 10-day grace period will be provided for annual subscriptions to update payment details. If payment is not updated within the applicable grace period, the subscription may be suspended or terminated.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to use the product or service.
  • Misuse of the platform or violation of DevAssure’s Terms of Service.
  • Where the product/service has been used substantially before a refund request.

Refunds may be granted only when required by applicable consumer protection laws, such as in cases where the purchased service is not delivered as promised.

  2. Provide your registered email address, reason for request, and any supporting documentation.
  3. All refund requests will be reviewed and answered within 7 business days.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5–10 business days).
  • DevAssure is not responsible for delays caused by banks, credit card providers, or payment gateways.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscriptions at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
  • Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless it falls under refund eligibility rules.
